Day two of my twelve days of semester break and I woke up late today. I went to bed at 1 am after having some chats with my friends, and a bit disappointed for what I've realized (again and again). I told myself that today, I will be cleaning up my room, making my semester break bearable and memorable, by just doing a very little deed, but I didn't become successful. The whole day today I went out!
I listened to Tambalan ng Balasubas at ng Balahura with their 8 am and 9 am stints. I am really laughing too hard because of their funny knacks! Indeed, Chris Tsuper and Nicole Hiyala are the best DJs in town, aside from the Good Times that I always listen every morning. And then I went straight to the bathroom to take a bath (of course) because I need to have a haircut today. According to my friend, "ang laki na ng buhok ko!" I waited for almost an hour but after the cut, I made myself look good, just a bit not too obviously good (hehehe!)
Anyways, we went to SM Muntinlupa to buy some stuff because they are having Pre-Holiday Sale. I was wanting to buy jeans from Human because it only cost not too pricey but I'm thinking of other things that I am wanting to buy. I strolled the whole mall thinking of the gifts I want to buy for my family, friends and that special someone that will come surely on December (fingers crossed!). After so, I went to my brother's school to get his report card. It was the very first time I went there not to pay for my brother's tuition fee and others but to listen to some inspiring stories about handling and parenting a special children.
I've learned so many things from the speaker, Mrs. Malou de Villa. She has four kids and all of them are special. But she told us that there is no such thing as a special person. We are all special, all of the kids that we see are all special, it just that there are kids who really need special needs. Though I don't like her way of speaking to us, parents and guardians, I learned so many things in which I could use while handling kids with special needs at our institution. All we have to do is to give them, show them and appreciate them your love that you can define and imagine.
I never stayed for at least 30 minutes at my home and we went to Alabang to do some grocery errands. I bought a nice gift to my friend and did a little strolling at Festival Mall. Numerous amounts of people are flocking the mall since it is going to be a long weekend for some (of course, they're not part of our industry so they do not have semester break!). I was looking for an ATM inside of the mall, but I can't find one because of so many people falling in line just to withdraw. I went to Insular Life, just a few blocks away from the mall to do withdrawing. Luckily, only one line is shown and I got my own cash.
I am thinking of the best top that I'll wear for tomorrow's event. I can't wait also to have a next round of videoke and a probable movie dates with my friends, watching Praybeyt Benjamin, of the Vice Ganda!!!
That's second day! What will be next for me on the next ten days of my semester break?
Toodles!
